About Our Founder
Mark Raddick started his cleaning career at the age of sixteen when he landed his first commercial cleaning contract. As his company grew he expanded to include Residential and Commercial Carpet cleaning. Quietly serving the haldimand area, friends referred their families to Master Systems to take care of their carpets and area rug needs. Mark is a member of the ISSA and an IICRC certified Master Textile Cleaner. He is accomplished in 12 different categories.
Mark is well rounded in the cleaning industry. His passion for cleaning and his innovative thinking has enabled him to develop his own line of cleaning equipment and is the holder of 3 US/Canadian patents. Hot water extraction cleaning otherwise known as “steam cleaning” is the best method recommended by carpet manufacturers. The equipment professionals’ use has more extraction power than a rental unit available to you. The water is heated in the truck mount to approximately 300 degrees, which provides the technician the advantage to provide the best quality of carpet cleaning. It is recommended to have your carpets cleaned professionally once a year. If you have pets, it is recommended to clean every 6-9 months.
The most important step in caring for your carpet is vacuuming! We recommend the customer to vacuum their carpet before arrival. Vacuum thoroughly and frequently! Regular upkeep of the carpets will help prevent soil particles from working there way down deeper into the carpet.
It is best to have the carpet cleared as much as possible. If you are unable to, we are prepared to help move any furniture out of the way, just let us know what you need!
Drying times may be affected by Humidity, temperature, and airflow to the area.
You can expect your carpet to be dry within 4-6 hours.
No Carpet is stain proof, although many carpets are stain resistant, meaning it allows you time to act before the stain sets in. We will provide our best knowledge and expertise to help alleviate any stains that may have set in.
